Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 7 days unless otherwise noted as backordered or pre-sale.

Orders are shipped via USPS and include applicable shipping insurance.

If a shipment is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout but cannot be located, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS. Confident Male will provide reasonable assistance or documentation needed to support the claim.

Occasionally, we may offer alternative products when an item is delayed, backordered, or unavailable.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, Confident Male reserves the right to offer a replacement, issue store credit, or refund the unavailable item to the original payment method.

Confident Male also reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent or otherwise present a significant fraud risk. 

Packages returned to sender by the carrier may be applied as store credit upon request. Requests for store credit must be made within 90 days of the package being returned to Confident Male.

If payment for an order is disputed, charged back, reversed, or otherwise remains unpaid after merchandise has been shipped or delivered, Confident Male reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to apply any refund, store credit, account credit, or other amount otherwise due to the same customer or customer account toward the outstanding balance.
